I've spent more than 15 years working in adult education, and for the last several of those, my focus has been distance learning — specifically, how to build online courses that hold up to both regulatory scrutiny and the realities of how working adults actually learn.
My path into this field started in the classroom and moved steadily toward curriculum design and compliance. Real estate continuing education and pre-licensing became my specialty because the field sits at an interesting intersection: rigorous state-by-state regulation on one side, and a genuine need for clear, well-built instruction on the other. Getting both right is the work I care about.
I hold the CDEI designation through IDECC — a credentialing body whose standards committee is made up of delegates from ARELLO, the national association of state real estate regulators. I'm also an approved instructor in California, and I co-founded Premier Courses, an online real estate education company operating across multiple states.
I work directly with course providers, schools, and fellow educators on instructional design, instructor training, and the regulatory navigation that comes with building distance education programs that states actually approve — and keep approved.
